Write to info@biovya.app from the email address of the account, with the subject Account deletion request. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. Deletion is permanent. Daily database backups are kept for 7 days, so deleted data is also gone from the backups within 7 days. A few records stay but no longer lead back to you: short meal texts in a shared nutrition cache, products you added to the shared barcode catalogue, and usage events already sent to our analytics service (PostHog), which carry only a random account number and no health data. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store's subscription settings. Silme kalıcıdır. Before deleting, you can download everything BioVya holds about you: Profile → Edit profile → Download my data. Once the account is deleted we cannot produce that file.
